New Partners: Due to changes on Etsy's behalf, new integrations through Order Desk will not be able to pull shipping information directly from Etsy. This means that a ShipStation subscription will be necessary to communicate shipping information, such as customer's shipping address and tracking number, between the two platforms. We are happy to walk you through this process and discuss the best options for your business.
Existing Partners: This will not affect existing partners, unless you open a new Etsy storefront.
